We ship to addresses in the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland) and the European Union (27 member states). For other destinations, please contact us to check availability.
1. Processing & Dispatch Times
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM GMT on weekdays (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same day or next business day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or UK bank holidays are processed the next business day.
- We aim to ship all orders within 1–3 business days of receipt.
2. Shipping Costs & Carriers
Free Standard Shipping on EVERY order — no minimum purchase required!
We use trusted carriers such as Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD depending on order size, destination, and service selected.
United Kingdom (Mainland GB & Northern Ireland)
- Delivery aim: 1–3 working days (most arrive in 1–2 days)
- Tracked / Next Working Day options available for an additional fee (if selected at checkout)
European Union (EU27 countries)
- Delivery aim: 3–7 working days (most common: 3–5 days to nearby countries like Ireland, France, Germany, Netherlands; longer to farther destinations)
- Tracked service included on all shipments
3. Important Notes for EU Deliveries (Post-Brexit)
- Customs & Import Fees: Shipments from the UK to the EU are treated as imports.
- VAT is usually charged at your country’s rate and may be collected at checkout (if we use IOSS for eligible orders) or by the carrier upon delivery.
- From 1 July 2026, the EU applies a flat €3 customs duty per item category on parcels valued under €150 (low-value e-commerce rule). This is in addition to any VAT and possible carrier handling fees.
- Higher-value orders may incur standard EU customs duties (coffee products are generally low or zero-rated, but check your local rules).
- You (the recipient) are responsible for any customs duties, import VAT, brokerage fees, or handling charges applied by your local customs authority or carrier. We have no control over these charges and cannot refund them.
- Customs Declarations: All EU orders include full commercial invoices and customs declarations as required by law.
4. Tracking Your Order
- You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
- Track directly via the carrier’s website or our order confirmation email.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
- If your order is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of expected delivery with your order number and photos (if damaged).
- We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve (replacement or refund where applicable, per our Refund & Returns Policy).
