Description
Las Brisas has been a long-time favourite of ours, offering the classic Guatemalan taste profile that we have come to love. Las Brisas is located in the New Oriente region of Guatemala, owned and managed by Marvin Carias, a small-scale producer who takes pride in his balanced and clean cup profiles. This lot is a washed Catuai varietal, giving sweet notes of brown sugar and milk chocolate, balanced out with rich, dry berry notes, making it a wonderfully syrupy espresso or a rich, sweet filter coffee.
