Description
It is a long season coffee. We expand the menu of Puchero, offering, in this case, one more /everyday espresso. This time we have selected this coffee from Colombia. It is a very sweet coffee, due to its genetics, which mixes varieties such as Tabi, Caturra and Castillo, due to the area where it is cultivated, of high altitude, due to the richness of its soils and vegetation, being cultivated under fruit and charcoal trees. This coffee has the Tolima denomination of origin.
From the hillsides of Planadas, in Tolima, comes a coffee that combines tradition, altitude and nature to offer a unique sensory experience.
Ideal for an intense espresso, where its sweetness and roundness stand out, but it also adapts perfectly to drinks with milk, preserving its character and harmony, also its notes of fruit and chocolate make it a good coffee to drink alone or with milk.
